Maintenance Manager
to lead the maintenance function at a manufacturing site in Desford. This role offers the opportunity to join a facility that has recently received significant investment and is undergoing ongoing improvement and modernisation. You will manage a team of approximately 30 people, including 4 direct-report Team Leaders, and work closely with cross-functional teams to support production while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards.
