Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider – Hammersmith, West London – Up to £50,000 per annum \n\n An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-profile commercial site in the Hammersmith London. \n\nAs Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of up to five on-site engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role, ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while maintaining close involvement with site operations.\n\nHours of Work\n\n08:00am - 17:00pm \nCall Out 1 - 8 \nMonday - Friday \nOvertime available Key Responsibilities\n\nDaily checks, planned and reactive maintenance of electrical systems\nFirst response to electrical or system faults across the building\nOverseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical components, and general LV infrastructure\nSupporting wider facilities operations and escalating where necessary\nCoordinating with mobile support team and on-site contractors as needed\nMaintaining system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring close-out of all work ordersAbout You\n\nElectrically or Mechanical qualified - C&G Level 2 & 3\nComfortable working solo on-site\nProactive and able to problem-solve quickly\nConfident with automated systems and modern building tech\nCalm and professional in front of clients and end users\nWilling to assist in emergencies and flexible when required (rare, but supported)Please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
