Job Description
Due to a recent contract win, we are currently looking for a hands on Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Electrician to manager a small team of building maintenance engineers within a commercial building in central London\n\nThe hands on Maintenance Supervisor / Lead Electrician will be responsible\n\n * Daily walk arounds\n\n * Allocating PPM and reactive tasks\n\n * Liaising with the customer\n\n * Managing and arranging sub contractors and internal staff visiting\n\n * Carrying out electrical planned and reactive maintenance tasks\n\n * Assisting the mechanical engineer with planned and reactive tasks\n\n * Working through detailed reports of completed and up and coming works as well as assisting internal management staff with WIP management\n\nMust be electrical qualified with a minimum of 5 years commercial building maintenance experience, plus lead engineer experience too\n\nThis is a growing business with room to grow and develop as the business grows\n\nFor more details or to apply, please call Liam Hargate at Coyle Personnel
