The hours are very flexible and can be worked around the successful candidates’ requirements.The OpportunityPreparation, management and consolidation of regular regional reportsPreparation, processing of journals for other Group companiesAssisting external accounting consultants with preparation of local annual accounts in group locationsPreparation of annual consolidation of financial results for the financial statements of the GroupPreparation of Group consolidated statutory accounts (IFRS)Leading and liaising with group auditors on an annual basisIntercompany preparation and reconciliations for UK and across the GroupPreparation of UK statutory financial reporting and tax filingsPrepare UK company monthly management accountsPrepare monthly UK cashflow forecastsProvide variance analysis for regional and other reportingProvide detailed financial analysis as neededPerform other ad hoc duties for the UK or Group as assignedSupporting Legal with contract reviewes relating to the financial aspectsPrepare UK journals for input to QuickbooksRaise UK client invoices and prepare monthly accruals / prepaymentsUK Payroll (inc payroll journals)Maintain fixed asset schedule and calculate monthly depreciationPrepare monthly profit and cashflow forecastsBackground and ExperienceProven experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Manager roleIdeally professionally qualifiedAbility to deliver financial information in an accurate, timely and insightful mannerWhat’s on OfferFlexible part time working hoursPrivate MedicalNext StepsTo apply please send a full CV.
