Working directly t the CFO, this position offers broad exposure across management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management, and a live ERP implementation, making it ideal for someone looking to step into a highly visible, commercially impactful role. The Role Ownership of monthly management accounts, reporting, and board packs Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, including re-forecasts Cashflow forecasting, working capital analysis, and liquidity reporting Delivering meaningful variance analysis and commercial insight Playing a central role in the ERP implementation (process design, UAT, go-live) Improving financial controls, reporting quality, and scalable finance processes Partnering closely with senior management and PE stakeholders the Person Qualified or recently qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) 2 years post qual experience in a fast-growth, tech, or PE-backed environment Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow management Exposure to ERP implementation or finance systems change (highly advantageous) Commercial, proactive, and confident engaging with senior stakeholders Why Apply?
