Management Accountant Join Our Growing Finance Team (Job Ref: BV_MA-0126) Brook Hardware Design are seeking to recruit a Management Accountant to join our busy finance team at our Dunmurry office. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a leading local supplier of energy-saving ventilation systems, with over 40 years of innovation in the construction industry. About the Role The Management Accountant will play a key role in supporting the Finance Controller by: Delivering accurate monthly reporting Maintaining strong financial controls Providing meaningful commercial analysis to support both short-term and long-term strategies What We Are Looking For We are seeking a self-motivated meticulous individual with a positive attitude and effective communication skills, who is interested in further career development within management accounts. If you thrive in a fast-paced office environment and meet the essential criteria below, this could be the ideal role for you in our award-winning manufacturing company. Essential Criteria Part-qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of two years experience in a manufacturing finance environment, OR A minimum of five years relevant experience Strong month-end experience and balance sheet control. Advanced Excel; Power BI/Power Query desirable. Strong analytical skills with ability to interrogate data and explain results. Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail.
