For more information, visit wppmedia.comRole Summary and ImpactMonth-end process/Year-end & variance analysisOwn preparation of monthly Management Accounts reconciled to TBCalculation of accruals, using IFRS principles and preparation of journalsLead monthly variance analysis (by comparing to budget/forecast) and exception reportingAction any queries post-month-end;Ensuring all supporting schedules tie back to the main P&L and Balance SheetOwnership of the preparation of the month-end file , ensuring compliance with ICFRProvide all relevant information to the auditors for SOX, interim and year-end auditGroup / WPP reportingPrepare management & external numbers and supporting schedules for reporting in BFCLiaise with EMEA to resolve reporting queriesSubmit commentaries to EMEA on a monthly basisPrepare and submit quarterly and year-end packagesOther and periodicEnsuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirementsContinuously reviewing current processes and making improvements to allow better control or improved efficienciesDealing with Finance Plus on ad hoc queriesAd hoc projects as directed by FC or Finance LeadsSkills And ExperienceAt WPP Media, we believe in the power of our culture and our people.
