We are looking for a commercially minded Management Accountant to join a high-performing finance team. This role will take ownership of financial reporting across a portfolio of entities, supporting senior finance stakeholders and providing insight to drive business performance. You’ll play a key role in month-end processes, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting & Business Partnering
- Manage revenue and operating costs across a portfolio
- Act as a key finance contact for internal stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with operational and departmental teams
- Provide insightful analysis to support decision-making
Month-End & Reporting
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end reporting
- Review P&Ls and balance sheets across multiple entities
- Provide variance analysis against budget and prior performance
- Prepare and distribute management reporting packs
- Support board reporting processes
Wider Finance Responsibilities
- Partner with departments on budgeting and cost analysis
- Review AP/AR processes and ensure accurate postings
- Monitor debtor and creditor positions
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Support audits and year-end reporting requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA with 1+ years PQE
- Strong accounting background (real estate experience beneficial but not essential)
- Experience across financial reporting, AP/AR, and balance sheet management
- Advanced Excel skills; ERP system experience desirable
