You won?t be stepping into an established team or inherited processes ? you?ll be shaping the role, the relationships and the approach from the ground up. Your initial priority will be embedding managing agents, setting clear expectations and building strong, effective working relationships that deliver safe, compliant and customer?focused services. We?re looking for someone who?s confident operating with autonomy, able to hit the ground running and comfortable bringing structure where it doesn?t yet exist. If you have a solid background in leasehold, estate management or social housing, and you?re experienced in managing external agents or partners, this is a chance to make a real and lasting impact.
