My client are looking to appoint a Partner to lead their GTM / Commercial Practice - placing CCOs, CROs & CMOs into VC & PE-backed Technology clients.

This is not a cold start. The desk has a long-standing client base, active mandates, and consistently delivered £1m+ under its previous leader.

You’ll be walking into a high-margin, high-support platform with:

CxO & C-1 mandates across global subscription clients

Avg fees: £115k (PE)

Deep delivery & research capability

Full access to global clients across UK, US, and Europe

Partner – GTM / Commercial Leadership Executive Search

Up to £175k base + 50% commission

Proven biller (£600k+ track record)

Experience placing GTM, Commercial, Revenue or Growth leaders

Someone ready to take over and scale a flagship practice
