About the Role We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our clinets Engineering team in Croydon. In this role, you will support and enhance our manufacturing operations, ensuring our processes meet quality standards while driving efficiency and improvements across products, equipment, and teams. You will become the subject matter expert on the manufacturing processes and products within the business.
What You Will Need Degree, HNC, or equivalent in Engineering or a related scientific field. Experience in a highly regulated industry (preferred). Solid understanding of component operation principles . Experience handling engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, work instructions, and inspection reports . Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and root cause analysis . Ideally, experience with electro-mechanical systems.
