We are looking for a skilled and proactive Manufacturing Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team. This role plays a key part in driving operational excellence by improving manufacturing processes, increasing efficiency, and supporting new product introductions from concept through to production. The successful candidate will have experience with metal forming processes.

Key Responsibilities
Optimize manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and first-time quality.
Support industrialization of new products including tooling, work instructions and validation plans.
Implement and lead APQP, PPAP, and related readiness and approval processes.
Conduct structured problem-solving using RCA, 8D, and DMAIC methodologies.
Define and maintain routings, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
Manufacturing Engineer
Skills & Experience
Hands on experience with metal forming processes (forging, rolling, extrusion, stamping and/or bending)
Experience working as a Manufacturing Engineer or similar
Practical experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving.
