My client, a multi-award winning NFP firm, are looking to hire a creative Marketing & Communications Officer, to join their team!

Role: Marketing & Comms Officer 
Salary: £38,000 - £49,000 per annum
Where: Bromley, South East London
When: Monday - Friday / hybrid after 3 months / permanent position

What you'll do:

The Marketing & Comms Officer will help strengthen the firms internal engagement and external visibility through high-quality, values-led marketing and communication strategies. Duties include:

• Create and deliver strong content and campaigns including newsletters, blogs and internal comms
• Manage the firms social media presence ensuring continuity and strong brand visibility 
• Create internal engagement by sharing value-based stories celebrating staff, teamwork and achievements
• Produce branded materials to support SLT with meetings - pitch decks, presentations, reports and brochures
• Maintain web content, and assist with basic web development improvements such as layout adjustments and navigation fixes
• Liaise with SEO/GEO agencies to ensure that the website is optimised for visibility and AI chatbot search results
• Support the delivery of company events and company stands at exhibitions
• General marketing administration, including managing invoices and finance aspects 

What you need:

• Circa 5 years experience within a marketing and comms position
• Fantastic English skills - both written and oral
• Clear communicator 
• CIM qualification is desired
• Previous experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and website CMS platforms (Wix, WordPress or similar) 
• Experience managing social media channels and producing email campaigns 
• Basic SEO knowledge is desirable
