Marketing Executive / Social Media Manager

Role Purpose

To lead, manage and execute the client's full marketing function—brand, digital, creative, performance, partnerships, and analytics. This role ensures consistent brand visibility, drives landlord and vendor leads, and supports business growth across all divisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand, Strategy & Leadership

Develop and deliver the marketing strategy aligned with company growth.

Lead brand positioning across all channels (digital, print, signage, office branding etc).

Manage marketing budget and external suppliers.

2. Digital Marketing & Performance

Oversee digital campaigns across Google, Meta, and property portals.

Improve website performance, conversion, and user experience.

Manage SEO strategy to rank for key East London property search terms.

Optimise PPC (pay per click) campaigns for maximum ROI (Return on Investment).

3. Content, Creative & Production

Produce and oversee regular high-quality blogs, newsletters, landlord guides, and market updates.

Produce adverts, landing pages, and email campaigns.

Creation of graphics, brochures, and canvassing materials.

Coordinate professional photography, videography, 3D tours, and social video content.

4. Lead Generation & CRM

Build and execute lead-generation funnels for landlords and vendors.

Manage platforms (website, SEO leads, additional software used for leads)

Implement automated nurture flows for new and returning leads.

Track enquiry-to-conversion performance across all teams.

5. Community, Partnerships & Local Presence

Strengthen local brand visibility through events, sponsorships, and community engagement.

Support business development initiatives with tailored marketing collateral.

6. Data, Reporting & Insights

Track and analyse campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI.

Deliver monthly reports to senior leadership.

Identify new market trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.

7. PR, Communications & Reputation

Create press releases, announcements, and media engagement plans.

Manage Google reviews, Trustpilot presence, and social sentiment.

Ensure consistent tone of voice across all public-facing communication.

Key Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience in property marketing (preferred but not essential).

Strong command of digital marketing tools and paid advertising platforms.

Proficient in SEO, CRM systems, and marketing automation.

Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills.

Strong analytical ability and data-driven decision-making.

Experience and ability to manage suppliers and negotiate cost.
