Are you a commercially minded, outreach-focused marketer who thrives on generating high-quality leads that convert?

We're looking for a driven Marketing Executive to work alongside our sales team, delivering measurable pipeline growth across the Cyber, IT and Telecoms sectors. This is a hands-on, sales-led marketing role where performance, accountability and results matter.

The Role

Reporting directly into the commercial leadership team and working closely with sales, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and driving inbound and outbound marketing activity that directly impacts revenue.

This role would suit someone who enjoys ownership, performance tracking and optimising campaigns to drive tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead generation strategy and execution aligned to sales targets
SEO optimisation to increase website traffic and inbound enquiries
Managing and optimising Google Ads campaigns
Creating high-converting landing pages with compelling hooks
Email marketing campaigns (outreach, nurture and re-engagement)
Social media campaigns (organic and paid)
Campaign performance tracking, reporting and optimisation
Managing and maintaining activity within Zoho CRM (experience preferred)
Supporting the sales team with targeted outreach campaigns
Driving measurable ROI across both paid and organic channelsAbout You

Proven experience in B2B lead generation
Background in IT, Telecoms or Cyber Security marketing preferred
Strong understanding of SEO, PPC and conversion optimisation
Confident running paid campaigns and building organic pipelines
Data-driven and comfortable tracking performance metrics
Experience using Zoho CRM (highly desirable)
Commercially focused and motivated by revenue impact
Comfortable working fully office-based in a collaborative sales environmentWhat's On Offer
