Job Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to play a key role in assessing risk and driving data-informed marketing decisions that support global recruitment objectives. This role requires a proactive, analytical thinker who can take full ownership of their work, investigate complex problems, and implement effective solutions. The ideal candidate will generate actionable insights that align marketing activities with business goals and market conditions, using various tools and analytics to optimize recruitment marketing efforts worldwide.


Key Responsibilities


  • Analyse trends, campaign performance, and customer behavior to drive data-informed recommendations
  • Own and manage weekly intake processes with multiple stakeholders
  • Identify and act on risks and opportunities through deep data analysis
  • Present clear, actionable insights and recommendations to business stakeholders
  • Maintain thorough documentation of marketing actions and outcomes to guide future strategy
  • Leverage marketing tools such as Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and campaign planning systems to evaluate performance
  • Make timely decisions based on data, even with limited information
  • Investigate data anomalies, determine root causes, and propose solutions


Daily Activities


  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing performance data and industry trends
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams across North America, Europe, and Japan
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; engage in strategic planning discussions
  • Monitor weekly performance metrics and proactively suggest optimization strategies


About the Role


This is a fast-paced, data-driven environment focused on marketing automation, analytics, and recruitment success at scale. The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple global markets—including North America, Europe, Mexico, and Japan—developing strategies that directly impact hiring outcomes.


The period between August and December is the busiest time of year due to seasonal hiring surges. The successful candidate will play a key part in assessing risk and ensuring marketing efforts generate the volume and quality of applications needed to meet hiring goals. You’ll work alongside high-performing professionals and cutting-edge tools to solve complex challenges, drive results, and help scale operations globally.


Basic Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage projects from start to finish
  • Proactive mindset with a history of driving results in fast-paced settings
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in English


Preferred Qualifications


  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana)
  • Understanding of recruitment marketing or employer branding
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams (UK, EU, US, MX, JP)
  • Knowledge of SQL
