Marketplace Executive | London (2 days a week in the office) | Competitive SalaryWe are partnering with a fast growing, multi channel retail business that continues to invest heavily in its ecommerce and marketplace offering.As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a Marketplace Executive to support the expansion of its third party marketplace, focusing on seller acquisition and onboarding across key categories including Home, Garden and DIY.This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Marketplace Executive to join a high growth environment, supporting the development of a strong partner network while gaining exposure to end to end marketplace operations.The Marketplace Executive will support the identification, onboarding and management of new sellers, helping to build a high quality pipeline of partners aligned to the overall marketplace strategy.Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Marketplace Executive will play a key role in delivering day to day activity across seller acquisition, onboarding and performance tracking.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the identification and outreach of new sellers across priority categoriesAssist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective partnersSupport the onboarding process, ensuring new sellers are set up efficiently and accuratelyHelp manage product uploads and ensure listings are correct and optimisedWork with internal teams across trading, marketing and operations to support seller integrationMonitor seller performance and assist with reporting on key metricsConduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunitiesSupport communication with sellers during onboarding and early stage activityAssist in ensuring compliance and quality standards are met across new partnersSupport continuous improvement of onboarding processes and seller experienceAbout YouBackground in ecommerce, marketplace, sales support or commercial roles within retail or consumer environmentsStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesCommercially aware with an interest in ecommerce and marketplace growthComfortable working with data and reporting toolsConfident communicator, able to work with both internal teams and external partnersProactive and eager to learn within a fast paced environmentStrong attention to detail, particularly when managing product and seller informationCollaborative approach with the ability to work cross functionallyWhy ApplyJoin a business investing heavily in ecommerce and marketplace growthGain exposure to a fast growing and commercially critical channelWork in a collaborative, high energy environmentOpportunity to develop within a scaling marketplace functionCompetitive salary and benefits packageApply today to find out more.BH35837JBRP1_UKTJ
