Marketplace Executive | London (2 days a week in the office) | Competitive Salary

We are partnering with a fast growing, multi channel retail business that continues to invest heavily in its ecommerce and marketplace offering.

As part of this growth, the business is looking to appoint a Marketplace Executive to support the expansion of its third party marketplace, focusing on seller acquisition and onboarding across key categories including Home, Garden and DIY.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Marketplace Executive to join a high growth environment, supporting the development of a strong partner network while gaining exposure to end to end marketplace operations.

The Marketplace Executive will support the identification, onboarding and management of new sellers, helping to build a high quality pipeline of partners aligned to the overall marketplace strategy.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Marketplace Executive will play a key role in delivering day to day activity across seller acquisition, onboarding and performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Support the identification and outreach of new sellers across priority categories
Assist in building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective partners
Support the onboarding process, ensuring new sellers are set up efficiently and accurately
Help manage product uploads and ensure listings are correct and optimised
Work with internal teams across trading, marketing and operations to support seller integration
Monitor seller performance and assist with reporting on key metrics
Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities
Support communication with sellers during onboarding and early stage activity
Assist in ensuring compliance and quality standards are met across new partners
Support continuous improvement of onboarding processes and seller experience

About You

Background in ecommerce, marketplace, sales support or commercial roles within retail or consumer environments
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Commercially aware with an interest in ecommerce and marketplace growth
Comfortable working with data and reporting tools
Confident communicator, able to work with both internal teams and external partners
Proactive and eager to learn within a fast paced environment
Strong attention to detail, particularly when managing product and seller information
Collaborative approach with the ability to work cross functionally
