We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Plumbing & Heating Contracts Manager to join our clients team based out of their office near to Accrington! Our client is a well established, successful and expanding commercial plumbing & heating company looking to appoint a contracts manager to oversea it's design and build projects. We are pleased to be able to offer this role on a permanent basis. Therefore, if successful you'll be employed directly by our client on a full time, permanent contract. What you'll be doing: You'll be responsible for setting up, running and completing on clients commercial plumbing and heating contracts. Majority of the work is design and build so the ideal candidate would be someone from a mechanical design and build background when it comes to plumbing and heating systems. You'll be required to: Manage teams on the ground completing the work, ensuring work is completed to the best standard.
