*£450 a day Umbrella

*Hybrid working - 3 days a week on site

About the Role

We are ooking for a proactive and technically minded Assistant Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Compliance Manager to support the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of mechanical and electrical services across our housing portfolio.

Working closely with the Mechanical & Electrical Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring heating systems, electrical installations, domestic and communal electrical installations, domestic and communal EICR’s, fire alarm systems, AOV systems, lifts, fire safety assets, and other building‑services infrastructure remain safe, compliant and well‑maintained. The applicant will be responsible for producing weekly compliance data.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of technical surveying, contractor oversight, compliance monitoring and resident‑focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* Deputise for the M&E manager in their absence

* Attend management meetings where necessary.

* Review edit and finalise weekly and monthly compliance reports

* Review contractor reports, certificates, and remedial recommendations for accuracy and completeness.
