Job DescriptionMechanical Maintenance Engineer - Hammersmith, West London - High-end Residential - NO CALL OUT - Permanent - Up to £50,000

An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Property company based in London has arisen. CBW are currently recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to be based at a high-end residential building in Hammersmith. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Mechanical Maintenance engineer with a proven track record in commercial / property building maintenance. He or she will be required to carry out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this static site. Working with the maintenance team on site. He or she will be required to have an understanding/hands on experience of the below. Duties and responsibilities:

\n Monitor mechanical plant \n

Plumbing work (Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc) \n

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings \n

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n

Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) \n

General building fabric \n

Escort specialist sub contractors \n

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm (40 hour week)

Requirements

\n Mechanically / Plumbing qualified - You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n

A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance \n

Installation experience \n

Excellent customer service skills \n

Happy to cover a large site \n

Honest, hard working and reliable \n

Package

\n Up to £50,000 per annum \n

Overtime available \n

20 days holiday + BH - Increase to 22 after 3 years \n
