The business is seeking a technically capable Mechanical Estimator who can prepare accurate and commercially robust tenders across a varied portfolio of building services projects. The role offers the opportunity to work with an established contractor delivering high-quality mechanical and electrical installations across multiple sectors. About the Company The company is a well-established M&E Building Services contractor delivering mechanical and electrical installations across commercial, healthcare, education, industrial, leisure, and public sector environments. Known for their technical capability and consistent project delivery, the business has developed strong relationships with clients and consultants across the region. Their projects include full mechanical building services installations such as HVAC systems, plantrooms, heating and chilled water systems, ventilation, pipework, and public health services. The Role As Mechanical Estimator, you will take responsibility for preparing mechanical building services tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and project handover.
