The Role As Mechanical Estimator, you will take responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive mechanical building services tenders from initial enquiry through to submission and project handover. You will price HVAC systems, plantrooms, heating systems, chilled water systems, ventilation, pipework, and public health services across a varied portfolio of building services projects, working closely with Directors and Project Managers to ensure tenders are commercially robust and technically sound.
