This isn't a role where you'll be grinding through estimates in isolation. Our client are a rapidly growing M&E contractor making serious waves across London's Data Centre and Commercial sectors and want someone who takes pride in winning work and knows pipework inside out.
They're scaling fast. The estimating team is growing. And they need a Mechanical Estimator who can hit the ground running.
What you'll actually be doing:
* Producing sharp, competitive estimates for commercial and data centre projects, the kind that win bids!
* Getting into the detail: drawings, specs, take-offs, and costings using Trimble software
* Collaborating closely with pre-construction and project teams
* Building strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to nail those quotations
What you'll bring:
* 5+ years as a Mechanical Estimator in building services
* Solid, confident knowledge of pipework systems and commercial M&E installations
* Hands-on experience with Trimble estimating software
* The ability to stay precise and calm when deadlines are looming
