Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Central London\n\nJoin the team as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at a prestigious commercial office space in Central London.\n\nRole: Maintain and repair mechanical systems through PPM and reactive maintenance.\n\nLocation: Static site, Central London.\n\nHours: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm.\n\nSalary: £45,000 per annum + optional overtime.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPPM & reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, and building services.\nMaintaining and servicing pumps, motors, and other mechanical plant.\nFault-finding and repairs.\nEnsure H&S compliance.\nLiaising with a nd aist and contractors on-site.Requirements:\n\nProven commercial maintenance experience.\nMechanical engineering qualification (City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equiv.).Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
