Multi-Skilled Mechanical Engineer - (Mobile Role)\n\nFull-Time | Competitive Package | Company Vehicle + Fuel Card | Excellent Development Opportunities\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Multi-Skilled Engineer to deliver high-quality maintenance and engineering support across multiple sites throughout South London and surrounding areas \n\nThis mobile role is integral to ensuring business continuity, safety, and compliance while building strong relationships with clients, site teams, and colleagues.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be confident working across a variety of buildings, carrying out Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), and responding to reactive and emergency breakdowns, particularly across HVAC and M&E systems.Key Responsibilities\n\nCarry out PPM on a wide range of HVAC and M&E systems, completing all required documentation.\n\nRespond to reactive maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns, ensuring timely resolution and accurate reporting.\n\nWork across multiple client sites throughout the South Of London. \n\nFault-find and diagnose issues across commercial heating and building systems.\n\nSupport business and client needs by undertaking additional tasks and ad-hoc duties as required by management.\n\nSkills, Knowledge & Experience:\n\nMinimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.\n\nStrong understanding of Commercial Heating Systems.\n\nExperience in servicing, repairs, and installations across HVAC/M&E systems.\n\nExcellent fault-finding and technical problem-solving capability.\n\nGood working knowledge of controls, BMS, and basic electrical safety.\n\nCompetent plumbing skills.\n\nKnowledge of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.\n\nAbility to complete paperwork accurately and on time.\n\nFlexible, self-motivated, and able to work using own initiative.\n\nWillingness to work out of hours when required and join the 1-in-7 call-out rota.\n\nPreferred qualifications\n\nHours, Locations & Benefits\nCompany car/van (personal use included) plus fuel card\n\nContinued professional development and training\n\n25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays (rising to 28 days after 5 years)\n\nCompany sick pay scheme\n\nRegular company social events\n\nFree on-site parking at selected locations\n\nContact David on (phone number removed) PPM Recruitment
