Mechanical Project Manager – Building Services\nLeicester | Projects up to £2 million | Regional Travel Only (1.5 hrs from Leicester)\n\nA respected Leicester-based Building Services Contractor is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team and take responsibility for delivering a diverse portfolio of M&E projects within the region. The business operates exclusively within a 1.5-hour radius of Leicester, giving managers the rare benefit of consistent local work and a healthy work–life balance.\n\nAbout the Contractor\n\nKnown for high-quality engineering delivery and long-term partnerships with end users, consultants, and main contractors, the company manages a wide variety of mechanical projects including:\n\n * Museums\n\n * Schools\n\n * Office Spaces\n\n * Warehouses\n\n * Plantrooms\n\n * SEND Schools\n\n * Residential Apartments\n\nProjects regularly involve modernisation, refurbishments, major mechanical upgrades and design-and-build installations across public, commercial, and specialist environments.\n\nThe Role\n\nThe Mechanical Project Manager will oversee schemes from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring technical, financial and programme compliance.
