Job Description
Are you an ambitious Mechanical Project Manager, ready for the opportunity to join a Tier One M&E Building Services Engineering contractor delivering high-profile projects?
Due to continued growth, a well established M&E Building Services Contractor with a turnover exceeding £100 million is hiring a Mechanical Project Manager. With a secured pipeline of work through to 2030, you will be joining a business at the forefront of the MEP building services engineering industry. This role is ideal for a confident and commercially aware Mechanical Project Manager, keen to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through to completion.
Key requirements:
Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within M&E building services. Track record delivering fast paced mechanical building services projects. A strong understanding of programme management, procurement, and delivery. The ability to manage MEP subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively. Commercial awareness and experience working alongside commercial teams.
This positions offers clear progression into senior leadership, alongside the opportunity to play a key role within a growing MEP building services contractor.
