HVAC / Mechanical Project Mobile Manager (London)
£60,000 to £70,000 + package | Central & Greater London | Multi-site projects
Cloud Recruitment are working with a well-established HVAC / Mechanical contractor who are looking to appoint an experienced HVAC / Mechanical Project Mobile Manager to oversee projects across Central and Greater London.
This is a multi-site role managing several live installs at once, covering air conditioning, ventilation and mechanical services projects ranging from £15k to £1m. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery, keeping programmes on track, coordinating subcontractors, and managing site compliance, progress reporting and variations.
Key Responsibilities

Review and fully understand project specs, drawings and scope of works

Plan works, manage procurement and review plant schedules
*
Develop and manage project programmes, tracking progress % and risks
*
Produce and manage RAMS (Risk Assessments / Method Statements)
*
Complete weekly to fortnightly site visits including audits and reporting
*
Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activity across multiple projects
*
Identify and manage variations, support quotations, and review project accounts
*
Support new works surveys and assist with quotation input when required
Requirements
*
Proven experience in HVAC / Mechanical Project Management
*
Strong hands-on knowledge of air conditioning and ventilation installation
*
Confident managing multiple jobs, subcontractors, deadlines and client expectations
*
Comfortable travelling across London sites (primarily via London transport)
IT Skills
Must be comfortable with Outlook, Word and Excel plus project programme / site audit apps.
Desirable: CAD awareness, Bluebeam, PDF mark-up / annotation.
Hours: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
Holiday: 4 weeks annual leave (2 weeks mandatory at Christmas)
Vehicle requirements can be discussed depending on project needs
