A well-established and growing Building Services contractor is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join their expanding team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a forward-thinking business with a strong pipeline of work and clear long-term career prospects. This contractor specialises in the delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects, including HVAC systems, Chillers, ductwork, and pipework.
With a reputation for quality and reliability, they operate across a range of sectors including Airports, NHS, Pharmaceutical, Commercial Offices, Education, and High-End Residential.
The Role You will be responsible for managing mechanical projects typically valued between £200k and £3m, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing HVAC, ductwork, and pipework installations
* Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations
* Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors
* Maintaining strong client relationships
* Overseeing commercial and project performance
About You
* Proven experience within Mechanical Building Services (Project Manager or Project Engineer level)
* Strong commercial awareness
* Ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders
* Track record of delivering projects successfully
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills
* Experience of delivering projects incorporating Ductwork, Pipework, Chillers & HVAC Systems .
