A well-established and growing Building Services contractor is seeking experienced Mechanical Project Managers to join their expanding team.

This contractor specialises in the delivery of Mechanical Building Services projects, including HVAC systems, Chillers, ductwork, and pipework.

With a reputation for quality and reliability, they operate across a range of sectors including Airports, NHS, Pharmaceutical, Commercial Offices, Education, and High-End Residential.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing mechanical projects typically valued between £200k and £3m, ensuring successful delivery from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing HVAC, ductwork, and pipework installations

* Delivering projects on time, within budget, and to client expectations

* Leading and coordinating site teams and subcontractors

* Maintaining strong client relationships

* Overseeing commercial and project performance

About You

* Proven experience within Mechanical Building Services (Project Manager or Project Engineer level)

* Strong commercial awareness

* Ability to manage teams and multiple stakeholders

* Track record of delivering projects successfully

* Excellent communication and client-facing skills

* Experience of delivering projects incorporating Ductwork, Pipework, Chillers & HVAC Systems .
