On-Site Globalare looking for aMechanical Quality EngineerinAmsterdam, The NetherlandsstartingASAP.

Applicants must have a passport that allows them to work in The Netherlands - UK passports no longer act as a valid work permit in the EU .


Rate:

  • €80,000/annum


Duties:

  • Overseeing the assembly and integration of mechanical systems within prefabricated MEP modules and plantrooms
  • Ensures the proper installation, testing, and quality control of mechanical components, including pipework, pumps, heat exchangers, and associated equipment, in compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations
  • Identify and document any snags during the assembly process, including incorrect installations, missing components, or quality issues related to MEP systems and plantroom equipment
  • Complete pre-commissioning checks to verify that all mechanical systems are ready for final commissioning


Hours:

  • Monday - Thursday 7:30am-5pm
  • Friday & Saturday 7:30am - 3pm


Required:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in MEP systems and plantroom design or modular construction
  • Hands-on experience with the assembly and installation of mechanical systems such as piping, pumps, heat exchangers, and HVAC components in both plantrooms and MEP modules.
