Mechanical Site Manager

Location: WC1N 2AB (Central London) Duration: 3 Months Start Date: ASAP Rate: £350 per day (negotiable depending on experience)

Project Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Site Manager for a 3-month project based in Central London (WC1N 2AB). The project involves townhouses that have been converted into apartments and is currently at 2nd fix and finals stage.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee mechanical works at 2nd fix and finals stage

*

Supervise subcontractors carrying out plumbing and duct fitting works

*

Ensure works are completed to programme and required standards

*

Liaise effectively with the main contractor

*

Maintain clear communication across site teams

*

Ensure health & safety compliance on site

Requirements

*

Valid SSSTS or SMSTS Certificate OR CSCS Black Card

*

Relevant mechanical background

*

Strong experience managing subcontractors

*

Excellent communication skills

*

JIB / CSCS Card

Working Hours

*

7:30am – 4:30pm

*

Flexibility to work 8:00am – 4:30/5:00pm if required

*

Weekend work: Not currently available

Pay

*

£350 per day (hours onsite paid)

*

Open to discussion for candidates seeking a higher rate
