We're looking for a media-savvy, data-driven mind to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team as Media Performance Manager. If you're coming from a media agency background and ready to step into a role where you're not just executing someone else's plan but building and owning the strategy, this could be your next big move.
The role: You'll be responsible for planning, buying, and optimising B2B paid media campaigns across the UK, France, Germany, Austria and Poland - spanning both lead generation and brand awareness. You'll get stuck into campaign performance metrics, test and iterate across platforms, and shape media strategies that drive real results.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-market B2B media campaigns, including media planning, buying, optimisation and reporting Own campaign performance across Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms Analyse data deeply and frequently to refine campaigns, spot trends and surface actionable insights Collaborate with local field marketing teams and creatives to bring campaigns to life in each region Report regularly on campaign efficiency, effectiveness and ROI to senior stakeholders Drive automation and explore new platforms or approaches to improve reach and performanceWhat we&...
