We're looking for a media-savvy, data-driven mind to join a fast-paced in-house marketing team as Media Performance Manager. If you're coming from a media agency background and ready to step into a role where you're not just executing someone else's plan but building and owning the strategy, this could be your next big move.
The role: You'll be responsible for planning, buying, and optimising B2B paid media campaigns across the UK, France, Germany, Austria and Poland - spanning both lead and brand awareness. You'll get stuck into campaign performance metrics, test and iterate across platforms, and shape media strategies that drive real results.
Key responsibilities:
\n
\n Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-market B2B media campaigns, including media planning, buying, optimisation and reporting \n
Own campaign performance across Google Search, Meta, LinkedIn and programmatic platforms \n
Analyse data deeply and frequently to refine campaigns, spot trends and surface actionable insights \n
Collaborate with local field marketing teams and creatives to bring campaigns to life in each region \n
Report regularly on campaign efficiency, effectiveness and ROI to senior stakeholders \n
Drive automation and explore new platforms or approaches to improve reach and performance \n
\n
What we're looking for:
\n
\n Strong B2B marketing experience, you understand the funnel and how to move decision-makers through it \n
Background in a media agency or similar environment, with hands-on campaign management (not just briefing or reporting) \n
Experience working with large budgets and high-volume campaigns \n
Someone who can make the calls, this role needs a confident decision-maker, not someone waiting for permission \n
Experience with multiple regions or EMEA markets is a big plus \n
\n
Bonus points if you've worked in:
\n
\n Logistics, supply chain, or operations-related industries \n
Multi- or multi-country campaigns \n
Offline channels (print, OOH etc.) alongside digital \n
\n
Why Apply? This is a rare chance to help build a brand-new in-house media capability. You'll be working alongside an ambitious and collaborative team where your ideas will shape how things are done - not just for now, but long-term. It's hands-on, high-impact work in a business that moves quickly and expects results. If you're ready to step up and take full ownership of your campaigns, we'd love to hear from you.
