Membership Development Officer (12m FTC) | £29K | Home-Based + UK Travel

We’re working with a respected professional membership organisation seeking a Membership Development Officer to support recruitment, retention and engagement strategy delivery.

✔ 12 month FTC

✔ £29,000

✔ Predominantly home-based with Central London office attendance when required

✔ Paid UK travel to industry events

This is a varied role combining:

• Membership enquiry management

• Recruitment & retention campaigns

• CRM reporting and data analysis

• Content creation (e-news, website, case studies)

• Event representation at UK exhibitions

• Subscription and application processing

Ideal for someone with membership body or professional association experience who enjoys combining stakeholder engagement with structured administrative delivery.

You’ll need strong communication skills, CRM confidence, presentation capability and the flexibility to travel across the UK.
