A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded construction consultancy in London. The Role
  • Deliver MEP cost management services across multiple sectors and projects
  • Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation
  • Manage procurement processes and contractor negotiations
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and financial reporting
  • Work closely with clients, design teams, and project stakeholders
  • Support junior team members and contribute to project delivery

About You
  • Senior MEP Quantity Surveyor experience within consultancy or contractor environments
  • Strong knowledge of MEP cost management and procurement
  • MRICS qualified or currently working towards chartership
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience working across multiple sectors is highly desirable
