MIG Welder -\n\nLocation: Coventry\n Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)\n Hours: Monday to Friday, Full Time\n\nOverview\n\nWe are recruiting for a skilled MIG Welder to join a specialist metal fabrication business in Coventry. The company produces high‑quality architectural metalwork, bespoke steel fabrications, and custom‑built metal structures, offering long-term career stability for the right person. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within a growing, well‑established engineering environment known for precision workmanship and high manufacturing standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCarry out high‑quality MIG welding on mild steel components and fabricated structures.\nWork from detailed engineering drawings, ensuring accuracy and consistency on bespoke projects.\nComplete fabrication tasks including cutting, grinding, drilling, assembling, and finishing metalwork.\nEnsure all welds meet required quality, strength, and visual standards.\nCollaborate with the fabrication team to meet production schedules and support project deadlines.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and well‑organised work area in line with health & safety guidelines.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience as a MIG Welder in an engineering, fabrication, or structural/architectural metalwork setting.\nStrong ability to read and work from technical drawings and fabrication schematics.\nExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high‑quality, precise welds.\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively.\nReliable, punctual, and available for full‑time Monday-Friday working hours.\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nCompetitive rate of £14.00 - £15.00 per hour (DOE)\nFull‑time hours, Monday to Friday\nTemp‑to‑perm role offering long‑term security\nSupportive workshop environment and clean, well‑equipped facilities\nOpportunity to work on a variety of bespoke and architectural metal fabrication projects\n\nAdecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
