Production Welder – Immediate Start We are seeking two experienced Production Welders to join our team immediately. Please note that our Stores and Assembly positions have now been filled. Position Details; * Role: Production Welder * Shift: Day Shift * Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 06:00 – 15:00 * Friday: 06:00 – 11:00 * Pay Rate: Starting from £14.32 per hour Key Responsibilities * Read and interpret fabrication drawings accurately * Weld mild steel across a range of thicknesses (1mm – 15mm) * Set up and operate welding machines safely and efficiently * Identify potential issues with profiles before and during production * Grind and polish finished products to a high standard * Maintain meticulous attention to detail and accuracy throughout all tasks Candidate Requirements * Proven welding experience within a production environment * Ability to read and work from technical drawings * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards * Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team * Must successfully pass a weld test as part of the recruitment process * Physically able to handle steel components Why Apply? * Competitive pay from £14.00 to £15.50 per hour, dependent on experience * Day shift with an early finish on Fridays * Work in a supportive and professional environment * Opportunity to join a company experiencing exciting growth and expansion This is an excellent opportunity for skilled welders seeking stable, full-time employment with an immediate start.
