About your new HGV Service Technician role: Complete all types of service repairs in the most efficient manner without compromising quality, to the highest standards, including following diagnosis paths. Ensure that the customer is handled politely & professionally as appropriate Be prepared to work under your own supervision.  Attention must be paid to safe working practices at all times. Work closely with the Service Manager and Controller’s informing them of job status regularly Process all paperwork such as worksheets, weekly time sheets in a timely and legible manner Assist in the promotion of parts and service when appropriate.
