Mobile Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - £45,000-£47,00 Depending on Experience
Are you a Mobile Engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you want to be mobile in Central London with a van?
Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London. CBW are currently looking for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to cover in the region of circa 10-20 commercial buildings located in Central London maintaining all Landlord services. The successful candidates will be mechanically or electrically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance across commercial offices and high end residential properties. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £47,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.
Key duties & Responsibilities
Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log Weekly AOV test and Log L8 water hygiene monitoring Fan Coil Unit servicing HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given) AHU servicing MVHR servicing Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log Weekly CHP Checks and log Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log Supervision of Sub Contractors Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works. Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)Hours of work
Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm
Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical / HVAC / Engineering You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential) A proven track record in commercial building maintenance An understanding of commercial building maintenance Multi-skilled Good communication skills Excellent customer service skillsPackage
