Job Description Mobile Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Mobile (London & M25) - Up to £45-50,000

Exciting opportunity to work for a family run FM service provider situated in London & M25. CBW are currently looking for 2 x Electrical / Mechanical Maintenance Engineers to cover in the region of circa 10-15 commercial buildings located in London & M25 . The successful candidates will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

This is Mobile position and will require the successful candidates to attend a number of sites where he or she will be required to carry out PPM/Reactive maintenance to electrical and mechanical plant with particular emphasis on electrical & mechanical maintenance. In return the company is offering a competitive salary paying up to £45,000 per annum based on experience/qualifications, overtime and further training.

Key duties & Responsibilities

\n Weekly Fire Alarm Tests and log

\n

Weekly AOV test and Log

\n

L8 water hygiene monitoring

\n

Fan Coil Unit servicing

\n

HIU/CIU servicing (Training will be given)

\n

AHU servicing

\n

MVHR servicing

\n

Weekly/Monthly Generator test and log

\n

Weekly CHP Checks and log

\n

Monthly Car Park smoke ventilation test and log

\n

Monthly/Annual Emergency Lighting test and log

\n

Supervision of Sub Contractors

\n

Assist with preparation of Quotations for remedial works.

\n

Be available for duty call out cover, on a Rota basis (currently 1 in 8)

\n

Hours of work

Monday to Friday - Hours: 08:00am to 17:00pm

Requirements

\n City & Guilds / NVQ in Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing

\n

You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates (Essential)

\n

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance

\n

An understanding of commercial building maintenance

\n

Multi-skilled

\n

Good communication skills

\n

Excellent customer service skills

\n

Package
