It is based in Liverpool with hybrid working. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated candidate to join and strengthen the team, providing all core surveying services on a number of interesting areas of property.\n\nRole Responsibilities\n\nClient relationship management and reporting to Partners\nProfessional and Project Management work\nWorking across a mix of sectors in public and private sectors including local government, bluelight, education, commercial, retail, developers, defence etc. \nComply with established procurement/commercial/contractual strategies\nTake personal accountability for complying with Environmental, Health, Safety, Security and Quality Standards\nManagement and preparation of key stage reports from feasibility through to completion and post-handover\nEnsuring business objectives of delivering value for money in all circumstances\nPreparation of various programmes, surveys and reports\nManaging multiple projects on 'LIVE' operational sites\nAssistance with the preparation of contract documents\nManagement of multi-disciplinary project teams\nAdministering building contracts\nManaging the design, H&S and commercial process\nFull ownership from project brief to final completion and occupation\nUndertaking asset management surveys and planned maintenance inspections\nQualifications\n\nDegree qualified in Building Surveying or similar technical discipline\nMRICS qualified or close to becoming charteredExperience\n\nStrong technical delivery experience\nAbility to successfully manage complex projects in a proactive and diligent manner\nExcellent specification writing skills\nGood knowledge of JCT Contracts\nTrack record in project management of projects from inception to completion\nEvidence of working with multiple stakeholders\nClient facing, ensuring a high standard of technical delivery\nAble to build long-term relationships\nPreviously employed by a consultancy\nExperience working with teams and managing projects by prioritising workloads and delivering deadlinesBehaviours\n\nRecognised as a client-focused, positive collaborator who shares knowledge freely and offers support to their peers and seniors.
