The Role:

  • Preventive maintenance and routine checks

  • Respond to breakdowns and repairs quickly

  • Adjust machines & manage changeovers

  • Calibrate equipment to maintain quality and safety

  • Support production improvements

Requirements:

  • NVQ3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - military technical experience accepted

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving

  • Reliable, decisive, able to work under pressure
