The Role:
- Preventive maintenance and routine checks
- Respond to breakdowns and repairs quickly
- Adjust machines & manage changeovers
- Calibrate equipment to maintain quality and safety
- Support production xbpsjku improvements
Requirements:
- NVQ3 or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering - military technical experience accepted
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Reliable, decisive, able to work under pressure
