Our Clientare specialists in the delivery of multi-trade property maintenance projects for local authorities, Social landlords and blue-chip public and private sector organisations.
They predominantly work for social landlords and local authorities throughout the North West of England, providing some of the following services:
Electrical Compliance and Auditing
Fire alarm installation and testing
Domestic & Commercial installations
Kitchen and bathroom replacement schemes
Refurbishments and renovation works
Gas Safe Registered Plumbing & Heating
Extensions
Fire Risk Assessment Works (FRA)
They are looking for Multi Skilled Operatives to join their Planned works team.
Responsibilities Carrying out a variety of skilled tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Plastering, Tiling and general maintenance works at social housing sites.
Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard whilst adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Managing and prioritising workload effectively to meet deadlines.
Communicating with tenants and team members to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Completing relevant documentation and reports associated with each job.
Requirements Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Operative within the social housing or property maintenance sector.
NVQ qualification relevant to the trade.
Full driving licence is essential.
CSCS is desirable
