Youll play a key role in delivering a high-quality, customer-focused repairs service, working to a Right First Time approach by completing repairs efficiently and wherever possible, in a single visit. Youll carry out a wide range of maintenance, repair, refurbishment and renewal works across all One Manchester owned and managed properties, including both tenanted and vacant homes.
