National Account Manager – On Trade
Location: London & Remote

£50-55k + 10% Bonus

Ignite are very happy to be working with a premium cocktail brand who is redefining the industry with expertly blended, award-winning serves crafted from the finest ingredients. Found in prestigious venues such as 5-star hotels, luxury restaurants, exclusive theatres, and travel, this brand is setting a new standard for convenience, quality, and sophistication in the drinks space.
Now, we’re on the lookout for a dynamic, commercially driven National Account Manager to drive new business and manage key national accounts in the On Trade sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and have the passion and tenacity to build high-impact relationships, this role is for you!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Winning new business – securing partnerships with national hospitality groups.
Managing key On Trade accounts – including luxury hotels, bars, and restaurants.
Driving growth – identifying and unlocking opportunities within existing (50%) and new (50%) customers.
Owning P&L responsibility – making data-driven commercial decisions.
Negotiating JBPs – ensuring strong commercial agreements with key accounts.
Collaborating with marketing – to build tailored activation plans.

✅ Strong commercial acumen – experience in managing P&L and negotiations.
