The National Sales Manager will head up all branded sales across the UK retailer landscape: grocers, C&I through to Foodservice. Overseeing a team of three, you will not only manage all the major mults but empower and deliver performance across all RTM's including the independents team. Our company is a science and innovation based 'gut friendly' drinks business whose brand has a legacy within the category. It is an established SME with a stable & steady range distributed across all RTM's. Description
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Lead, manage, and motivate a sales team of 3 to deliver outstanding results. Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to meet evolving customer needs. Analyse sales data and prepare detailed performance reports for senior management. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations. Identify opportunities for business growth and drive initiatives to capitalise on them
Profile
Extensive national account management experience across the top 4 and other retail channels Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively A strong understanding of market trends and customer needs in the retail sector. Proficiency in analysing sales data and making data-driven decisions. Experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies
Job Offer
