New Product Marketing Director

London, 6‑month contract with potential for full‑time conversion. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape how we bring a new product to market: defining our audience, messaging, and ensuring conversion. This hands‑on role blends brand strategy with performance marketing and requires a digital‑native approach to technology and AI.

Responsibilities

• Go‑to‑market strategy and MVP launch
• Brand development, positioning, and messaging
• Customer acquisition across digital and offline channels: paid, organic, social, search, CAC optimisation, attribution, and performance reporting
• Build AI‑powered marketing workflows for creative production, audience targeting, and performance analysis
• Agency and stakeholder management

Qualifications

• Creative, high‑energy, and genuinely passionate about technology and AI
• AI‑native approach: you already use AI tools day‑to‑day and understand how they reshape acquisition, creative, and analytics
• End‑to‑end digital marketing experience, ideally in a digital‑native business
• Strong brand sensibility alongside genuine performance‑marketing fluency
• Proven ability to launch new products or thrive in high‑growth, early‑stage environments
• Background in consumer apps, fintech, subscription, or DTC a plus
• A self‑starter who sees what needs doing and gets on with it
